This dense and impressively ripe wine comes from a Sorge family estate in the northern part of the Margaux appellation. With black fruits and generous tannins, it is a big wine with considerable richness. This complex wine will age.

Dazzling, delicious!
A dream vintage for all winegrowers. Warm weather with just the right amount of rain from the spring through to the harvests. Consequently, all stages of the growth cycle benefited from ideal conditions: flowering was particularly uniform and fast for all varieties, as was the veraison.
Beautifully ripe Merlot was harvested from 23 to 28 September, with magnificent, healthy grapes, producing fruity, rounded, elegant wines just as
we like them!
The Cabernet Sauvignon was picked from 6 to 14 October, and was just sublime. It has all the qualities of great Cabernet: Distinguished, elegant,
refined and powerful, with a firework display of flavours.
The blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 49% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot
Deyrem Valentin 2015 can be enjoyed in its youth or kept until 2022/2025
