TECHNICAL DATA

Appellation of Origin: Colchagua Valley, Chile.
Clone selection: clones 46C, 169, and others.
Filtering: cartridge-filtered prior to bottling.
Vineyard yields: 7 tons/ha (2.8 ton/acre).
Grape varieties: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot
Barrel ageing: 55% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels (1st, 2nd, and 3rd use) for 12 months.
Alcohol: 14.5%

Cellaring recommendations: enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 17–19ºC (62º–66ºF)
Decanting: recommended for at least 30 minutes.
